Himalayan Home Terms and Conditions:
Check-In and Check-Out Time
Himalayan Home Stay check-in time is 12:00 Afternoon and Check-out time is 10:00 Am.
Early arrival and late departure facility will provide subject to availability with extra charges.
Check-In Policy:
Guest must show the printed or soft copy of the Reservation Voucher with service description during check -in. All services and activities according time wise described by our operational manager instantly. Any change of time schedule and loss of any activity is only the guest responsibility.
Child & Extra Adult Policy
Maximum Two Kids under 06 years may be accommodated with parents without any extra cost. Children between 06 to 12 Years are at an extra charge of @25% of the hotel package cost of a couple, and an extra person above 12 years would charge 30% of hotel package cost of a couple.
Pet Policy
No pets allowed.
Booking Policy:
All bookings will be confirmed on an advance payment basis. If the advance payment is not received, the reservation will be canceled. The guest must pay the balance payment during Check-in at the hotel.
Booking Terms :
We regret we cannot compensate where performance of our duty is affected by force majeure, any incident which we or the supplier of the service(s) in question could not, even with all due care, anticipate or avoid.
Such events may include war, terrorist activity, unexpected government acts, riots, civil strife, natural disaster, border closures, fire, road closures, pilferage, epidemics, quarantines, land and air travel, extreme weather conditions, and other similar incidents beyond our capability to manage.
The company follows a no-refund policy. In case of cancellations due to genuine reasons, the amount paid will be adjusted against future trips.
Personal accident Insurance is advisable when booking an adventure tour. Persons not fit for trips due to heart disease, chronic illness, physical handicap, advanced pregnancy or mental illness are advised not to participate in rigorous travel programs. The insurance should cover death, injury, theft of the client’s personal property and medical expenses. Activities with the greater risk such as White-water rafting and Mountaineering should be covered.
There is no room service at the camp
Cancellation Policy
- Prior information of any change in the number of guests or cancellations is mandatory.
- Camp Majestic reserves the right to levy service/ cancellation charges as per details below (Booking Amount 10% non-refundable)
- If the Central Government or State Government imposes an immediate lockdown in any situation, we will provide a “Credit Note” only valid up to the next six months. There is no refund of the advance amount on that condition.
If the cancellation is made, the following deductions would be levied:
– 2 weeks in advance, 25% Cancellation charge
– 1 week in advance, 50% Cancellation charge
– Less than a week 100% Cancellation charge – NO REFUNDS FOR NO SHOWS
Within 07 days of Arrival Date/ No Show – No Refund
Behavior Analysis:
Camp reserves the right to judge the levels of noise and behavior of clients/guests/representatives. Camp may terminate the booking and stop any event or activity immediately without being liable for any compensation and refund.
Comments and complaints
All the comment and complaints regarding stay, food, activities, and others should be submitted to the camp manager to resolve the matter immediately.
Liability
The Camp Majestic will not be liable for costs, losses, expenses or damages (whether direct or indirect, special, economic or financial), any claims, personal injury and death.
We reserve the right to charge guests/clients the cost of rectifying damage caused by the deliberate, negligent, or reckless act, omission, default, or neglect of the Clients, their guests, or sub-contractors to the camp’s property or structure.
Dispute
These terms will be construed in accordance with Indian Penal code, any dispute arising and Client submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
