Tour Terms & Conditions :

Tour Cancellation Terms – All full payments must be received before any cancellations/refunds can be entertained.

A) If the booking is canceled within 1 to 14 days from the date of arrival OR a no-show, no refund is claimable.
B) If the booking is canceled between 15 to 30 days from the date of arrival, a 50% refund is claimable after deduction of TDS/administrative/bank charges
C) If the booking is canceled more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival. Full refund is claimable (except for marriage bookings) after deduction of TDS/administrative/bank charges.
D) Please note that refunds will take 15 days or more to process as the Head office processes it.
E) Last-minute bookings are non-refundable, and no refunds shall be made once the confirmation is issued via any medium such as WhatsApp, Text, Mail, etc.
F) Accommodation will be provided for booked dates only, and no refund shall be entertained for unused nights or early checkouts due to whatever reasons.
G) Postponement of dates is tantamount to cancellation.
